Michele has been with the dental practice longer than anyone, primarily because she's married to Dr. Ritchey! After meeting in high school and graduating from KU together, Michele supported Dr. Ritchey through dental school and was instrumental in getting his first practice in Lawrence off the ground in 1986. Unlike many husband and wife teams, they actually enjoy working together! Michele is both the brains and the organizer of the two, and she serves as the business manager and helps wherever is needed.
